Branch Head
Job Descriptions :
- Branch planning, developing and implementing include market & industrial analysis, creating competitive advantage, strategy and tactic, budget planning
- Manage sales growth of each products
- Manage account database & account projects
- Creating, monitoring & evaluating branch program implementation
- Maintaining existing account relationship
- Prospecting for new business in branch’s area
- Ensuring and controlling branch office operational and human resources
- Periodic reporting of branch performance to regional office and headquarter.
Requirements :
- Age maximum 38 years old
- Bachelor/Master degree in any discipline from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00
- Preferably 3 years of working experience in the same position, preferable from hospitality industry
- Excellent spoken and written communication (Indonesian & English)
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical thinking & passionate in Marketing
- Have a wide network and experience in sales
- Mature, proactive, target-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Have an excellent interpersonal relationship as well as team working
- Have a high integrity and honesty
- To be placed in Palembang/Makassar area
