Sales Supervisior
Responsible :
- Determine sales and distribution targets to salesman
- Provide information and new product launch to salesman.
- Analyze and evaluate the achievement of sales targets.
- Build good relations with pareto outlets
- Developing salesman skills by joining calls and coaching.
- Lead, guide and direct the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Diploma degree from any major (min GPA 2.85)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field (preferably from consumer goods companies/ FMCG).
- Having a good knowledge in retail outlets, semi wholesalers and wholesalers
